Congratulations to Brydie Smith, best on court for continuous intercepts and defensive turnovers.
Rutherglen 37 defeated by Wahgunyah 42. – Ava Cofield – Bylee Allison 15 girls dominated the court on Saturday against Wahgunyah and were up all game with Ava Cofield and Tahli Bainbridge shooting goals from everywhere around the ring. Bylee Allison controlled the centre beautifully. With a devastating injury to Bec Cooper in GD we had to make some changes and unfortunately went down in the last quarter.
Rutherglen 8 defeated by Wahgunyah 25. – Emma Beattie The girls started the season well; despite the loss they had a great first half. For such a young side to come together, Coach Chelsea Smith says “I look forward to working with these girls throughout the 2018 season”.
