A post-match “Olympics” Night drew a great crowd for fun and games to mark the first home games cel­e­bra­tions.

It’s time now to book your tick­ets for the An­nual Black Tie Ball (Mas­quer­ade) to be held at the Corowa Golf Club, 6.30pm Satur­day, May 5.

Live mu­sic by the pop­u­lar “Tou­can Rock”. $60 adults, $45 U18s.

Tick­ets avail­able from Ori­gin Cloth­ing or on­line.

Other com­ing events in­clude the fa­ther/son night with Hawthorn leg­end Peter Hud­son and son Paul Hud­son.

Golden Roo din­ner with Boomer Har­vey, with dis­counted ex­tra tick­ets at $100 avail­able to Golden Roos mem­bers that pay their mem­ber­ship be­fore April 30.

In or­der to con­tin­u­ally grow as a club the board is al­ways seek­ing feed­back and ideas from mem­bers and sup­port­ers.

This year’s board con­sists of: Gra­ham Hosier (Pres­i­dent), Ron Robin­son (Vice Pres­i­dent), Rowena Black (Sec­re­tary), David Kiefel (Trea­surer), Ni­cole Grif­fin, Craig Spencer, Beau Long­mire, Chris Hansen and Dar­rell Spencer.

Hay­den Fil­liponi is pic­tured with his grand­fa­ther Robert Long­mire - 153 games for Corowa Spi­ders and his fa­ther Greg Fil­liponi - 353 games for Hope­field-Bu­raja.
