Don’t miss these golf activities
The Corowa Golf Club is beginning to ramp up ahead of two exciting events happening soon.
The All Saints Estate Golf Day including ‘wine, cheese and a side of golf’ held this Sunday at 2pm is aimed at women in our community who like to socialise with friends and to get outdoors, while the Junior Golf Camp runs from October 1-3.
No golf experience is required at all for the All Saints Estates Golf Day. The event involves enjoying some wine and cheese outside with some golf activities spread out over the two hours. It’s a fun day aimed at enjoying a laugh with friends
After finishing outside the participants will be able to head into the club and enjoy the live musical talent of Patrick Russell. All Saints Estate is even throwing in dinner for two at the Terrace Restaurant for the best dressed/best hat. The annual All Saints Estate Ambrose is at 12pm the same day with the winners taking home a double pass to the Day on the Green each. This year there will be spot prizes for the funniest/loudest outfits worn by the golfers. Bookings are also essential at the Corowa Golf Club Pro Shop.
The third annual Junior Golf Camp is open to any child attending school in Year 4 and up and it caters to those regular junior golfers through to those who have never picked up a club and would like to try something new. The camp includes activities, accommodation, meals and a Federation Cinema movie.
There will also be a one-day event on Tuesday, October 2 so that no one misses out, with students from Year 1-6 encouraged to participate.
