Springtime on the Mountain: The Tamborine Mountain Garden Club members will open their yards to the public. A trail pass can be purchased for $15 per adult (children are free) from the Botanic Gardens on Forsythia Drive, Eagle Heights or at any of the open gardens. From extraordinary estates to bijou cottage gardens, there is something to inspire green thumbs of all ages. All funds raised go towards the continued development and maintenance of the Tamborine Mountain Botanic Gardens.

Queensland Rose Society Spring Rose Show: Soak up the sight and scent of hundreds of colourful blooms at The Auditorium, Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt. Coot-tha. There’ll be experienced rose growers from the society on hand to answer your questions and advise on the best roses to grow in Queensland and how to care for them. View a wide variety of roses and decide which ones you like best. There will be cut roses, potted roses and gardening products for sale. Admission is $4, children under five are free.
