In­cred­i­bly, the in­jured climber not only sur­vived but made it back to camp. Bril­liantly reshot us­ing ac­tors but with the real climbers do­ing voiceovers. Amaz­ing. Brendan Mackey. Golden Globe nom­i­nated biopic about the Hol­ly­wood screen icon with Ash­ley Judd star­ring as the young Norma Jean, the wo­man who trans­formed her­self into a screen leg­end and Mira Sorvino, play­ing the ac­tress in blonde bomb­shell mode. The Re­gatta 9.30pm, SBS TWO ★★ M. 2009. Teen rower Jof­frey Ver­bruggen has dif­fi­cul­ties with fel­low row­ers, thanks to his pre­oc­cu­pa­tion with his abu­sive al­co­holic fa­ther. His coach and his girl­friend want to get him back on track? OK Bel­gian drama. Thierry Han­cisse. Alien 4 – Alien Res­ur­rec­tion 8.30pm, One ★★★ M. 1997. Seems hu­mans never learn when they’re deal­ing with the dreaded aliens. in the fourth in­stal­ment of the fran­chise, a mil­i­tary space­ship is rav­aged when im­pris­oned aliens es­cape and feast on the crew. Sigour­ney Weaver and a mot­ley group that in­cludes Wi­nona Ry­der have to fight their way through the ship to reach an es­cape pod.
