Let Me In 7.30pm, Showtime Premiere ★★★★ MA. 2010. Haunting thriller tells the story of a young boy (Kodi Smit-mcphee) who is a social outcast and is viciously bullied at school. When mysterious 12-yearold Chloe Moretz moves in next door, they form a bond. A creepy, affecting and surprisingly great remake of the cult Swedish vampire film. Sparrow 9.30pm, SBS TWO ★★★ PG. 2008. Engaging Hong Kong crime comedy from Johnny To about a group of pick-pocket brothers who are drawn into a scheme to fleece a crook by his lovely exmistress Kelly Lin. Lots of fun and an interesting change of pace for To. Simon Yam. The Boys 9.30pm, ABC2 ★★★★ MA. 1997. Trio of brothers in a dysfunctional family led by the psychotic David Wenham, commits an horrific rape and murder. Brutal Australian film explores in flashback the reasons for their barbarity, their relationships to each other, their girlfriends and their mother. A confronting but undeniably powerful film experience. Toni Collette. Hollywoodland 11pm, 7TWO ★★★ M. 2006. Brooding mystery explores the mysterious death of 1950s TV Superman George Reeves (Ben Affleck), a bit player who does not enjoy the role that makes him famous. Alleged to have shot himself, though murder was suspected, Reeves had powerful enemies, as private detective Adrian Brody discovers while investigating his death.
