King back on the air
King says his talk show will resume on a new digital network this year. The show, called Larry King Now, will represent the launch of US-based Ora.TV, an online digital network financed by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim. Executives had originally anticipated a start-up in the northern autumn. King said he wanted ‘‘to get into the political mix’’. The Democratic and Republican national conventions to name presidential nominees are this northern summer and the election is in November. King’s 25-year stint as a talk show host on CNN ended in 2010.
