PG. 1968. Soppy romance with journalist Barbara Ferris going gaga over bedroom-eyed music conductor Oskar Werner and having an interminable affair with him. He wonders what to do about his wife. Title sizes it up – an interlude between more interesting movies. 8.30pm, One

M. 2007. Hitman Timothy Olyphant is a killing machine, trained from childhood. That, plus the fact this is based on a video game, doesn’t make for heavy dramatic material. It does, however, make for great stunts and pretty good action, best enjoyed with a six pack. 8.30pm, Movie One

M. 2010. Troubled young woman is taken to a psychiatric ward where a ghostly entity is picking off the inmates one by one just before each girl is about to be released. Sci-fi horror starring Amber Heard and Mamie Gummer.
