Ryan in the bad books
Bookmakers say Ryan most likely to be evicted next from
SELF-ADMIRING Melbourne model Ryan is the most likely to be evicted next from Big Brother according to two leading online bookmakers.
Ryan, along with account manager Benjamin and checkout chap Bradley, are in the running for the second eviction of the series, which airs on the Channel 9 on Sunday.
Ryan, who admits to being obsessed with health and fitness and considers his worst habit as ‘‘looking at myself in the mirror’’, is the eviction favourite with bookies sportsbet.com.au and Sportingbet.
Sportsbet.com.au have Ryan at $1.50 while Sportingbet have posted odds at $2.
And that’s despite the fact he did not receive the most votes of the three males put up for eviction.
The oldest housemate, Benjamin, 32, received 17 votes on nomination night and was called a ‘‘schoolyard bully’’ because of being too serious and aggressive.
Bradley, 19, and Ryan, 22, each received 16 votes.
‘‘The voting in the house was pretty tight this week and even though Ryan received the least amount of votes, we don’t think he will be as popular outside the house and may be the next to go,’’ says sportsbet.com.au spokesman Shaun Anderson.
Benjamin is at $3.50 to be evicted while teenager Bradley is $5 on sportsbet.com.au.
Sportingbet has a different take on it with Bradley at $3 and Benjamin at $3.50.
They may differ slightly on who will be told it’s time to go on Sunday night but the bookies agree on who will win the series. Queenslander Michael is the favourite with both, ahead of Josh and millionaire George.
The highest-rating girl, and fourth overall, is Stacey.
‘‘Michael has firmed from $4.50 to $3 to be the overall winner while Josh continues to be his biggest threat, in from $7 to $5,’’ Anderson says.
In other Big Brother news, Channel 9 have cancelled the Sunday daily show, which was to air weekly on Go! and moved the Wednesday, 10pm show to family-friendly Thursdays (8pm)
