Ride the Lunoe wave of music

The Gold Coast Bulletin - Play Magazine - - WHAT'S ON -

Lunoe is known for leaving a trail of exhausted and euphoric crowds after her highenergy sets at clubs and festivals. The Australian-born DJ, who is now based in LA, has supported everyone from Diplo and Daft Punk to Switch and Calvin Harris. She’s also a festival favourite, having appeared at Big Day Out, Splendour in the Grass, Parklife and Falls Festival. Lunoe’s first original track Love Ting, a discoinspired collaboration with Wax Motif, charted for three months of last year. Her dark and twisted banger Voodoo, which featured herself on vocals, gave the DJ inspiration to pick up more vocal duties in remixes, collaborations and originals. Lunoe’s balanced diet of headlining main rooms one night and DJ-ing boutique sweaty dance halls the next means she refuses to be pigeon-holed into one genre.

Anna Lunoe, Audun and Spacie play Elsewhere, in Surfers Paradise, tomorrow night.
