Series Two will again plays out over six episodes and chronicles the stories of ordinary families whose lives are changed by a seemingly insignificant incident. Series one, now airing on the ABC, stars Deborah Mailman (pictured), Leah Purcell, Jimi Bani and Kelton Pell. It is one of several partnerships between ABC-TV and Screen Australia’s Indigenous Department. Two feature films have also been commissioned. My Mistress centres on a grief-stricken teenager who seeks help from a local S&M mistress. Son of a Gun is a psychological thriller about a young man who is sent to prison and becomes an apprentice to public enemy No. 1.
