Girl just wants to have fun in reality
Cyndi Lauper (left) has landed her own reality TV show. The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun hitmaker invites camera crews into her home for a 12-part series, titled Cyndi Lauper: Still So Unusual, which airs in the US in January. The program follows Lauper as she juggles life as an entertainer, mother to 14-year-old son Declyn, and wife to husband of 20 years, David Thornton. The pop star competed on Donald Trump’s The Celebrity Apprentice in 2010 and was expected to team with TV mogul Mark Burnett for a reality show called Cyndi, but it never materialised.
