The fact it has been so immediate is such a cool thing. It was great to sit back and watch it do its thing,’’ Kenny says. There’s plenty to sing along to on March Fies, with many of the songs sounding like they were crafted to be performed on big stages, in front of the masses. ‘‘Those spaces are left for that sort of connection, to have that rapport with people both on stage and off,’’ Kenny says. ‘‘It’s one of the best things that can happen for us at gigs, when you feel that coming back to you. It is the best. There is a certain point of energy that happens in that moment and there is no way that you can’t feel it.’’
