Formed in 1980, the band combined pub-rock and RnB influences, building a strong reputation for their live shows. The group permanently etched itself into the Australian music landscape with the release of What About Me? and a string of Top 40 hits. Now based in London, where he works as a music therapist, frontman Alex Smith says nothing beats performing with Moving Pictures. ‘‘Getting together to rehearse last time was a lot of fun.
