Leonard Co­hen, Bris­bane, En­ter­tain­ment Cen­tre, Novem­ber 30: The leg­endary singer/song­writer Leonard Co­hen re­cently added two more dates to his Aus­tralian tour, with ex­tra shows in Syd­ney (Novem­ber 17) and Mel­bourne (De­cem­ber 9). The 78-year-old word­smith will ap­pear with his nine-piece band, fea­tur­ing Sharon Robin­son, the Webb Sis­ters and mu­si­cal di­rec­tor Roscoe Beck. It will be the Cana­dian’s first re­turn to Aus­tralia since his 2010 tour. John Waters – Look­ing Through A Glass Onion, Jan­uary 11, Twin Towns: This Up Close & Per­sonal Tour of ac­tor and singer/mu­si­cian Waters and Stewart D’Ar­ri­etta’s ho­mage to the mu­sic, mys­tery and mem­ory of John Len­non hits the road on a na­tional tour as they pre­pare to launch the pro­duc­tion Off Broad­way in New York in 2014. Rosie O’Donnell, Fe­bru­ary 7, Con­cert Hall, QPAC, Bris­bane: Fun­ny­woman Rosie O’Donnell makes her re­turn to stand-up com­edy with shows in Aus­tralia and New Zealand in 2014. The for­mer talk show host is re­turn­ing to the stage af­ter spend­ing sev­eral pro­lific years in fea­ture films, ra­dio, and TV in­clud­ing host­ing her own talk show and ap­pear­ing on the US ver­sion of The View. Dolly Par­ton, Fe­bru­ary 21, Bris­bane En­ter­tain­ment Cen­tre: The iconic singer, song­writer, mu­si­cian, ac­tress and phi­lan­thropist brings her world tour to Aus­tralia to pro­mote up­com­ing new al­bum Blue Smoke.
