THE Gold Coast Indie Film and TV Net­work fi­nal meet­ing for the year will host the pre­miere of Free You Be You, the anti-bul­ly­ing dance video cre­ated by lo­cal pro­ducer Shirley Pierce with David MaceKaff and Lau­ren-Ann Smith, of Evolve Film Pro­duc­tions. Tom McSweeney di­rected the video, the cast and crew of which do­nated their time and tal­ents to let the sur­vivors of bul­ly­ing know they are not alone. Other guests in­clude US com­poser, song­writer and mu­si­cian Scott Lloyd Shelly, whose work fea­tures on films such as Wit­ness and Top Gun, TV shows in­clud­ing the late Steve Ir­win’s Croc­o­dile Hunter and games in­clud­ing re­cent indie hit Ter­raria; and writer, ac­tor and pro­ducer Imo­gen Rogers, who will screen her new short film, Four­teen. En­ter­tain­ers from Sarah Jane Jones Chore­og­ra­phy, Wild Child Dancers and the amaz­ing 2 Fresh Dance Crew will per­form.

The Gold Coast Indie Film and TV Net­work meet­ing plays the Par­adise Show­room, at The Arts Cen­tre Gold Coast, on Wed­nes­day. Doors open 6.30pm for 7.30pm. Tick­ets are $10-$15.
