His risque sin­gle lit up the charts in the 1990s, now mu­si­cian Mark An­drews, bet­ter known as Sisqo, is bring­ing his group to town

Sisqo looks back on the late ’90s as “an in­ter­est­ing era”.

“We started the whole weird thing – stuff we did back then, it was taboo back then,” he says. “Now it’s the norm.

“You’ve got to wear your hair a dif­fer­ent colour (now) or people won’t pay at­ten­tion.

On this cur­rent tour, the singer, dancer, record pro­ducer and ac­tor will road test new tracks from his up­com­ing record, Last Dragon.

“My son was just born in the year of the dragon and I was told by some­body I was a dragon, so then fans started call­ing me Dragon,” he says.

Sisqo says the record is full of “club bangers”, the first taste be­ing sin­gle A-List.

“It’s a no-skip­per, in-the­club record,” he says.

“I’ll be drop­ping some new songs and per­form­ing all the clas­sics. There will be a cou­ple of sur­prises. Just come out and see Dru Hill.” Sisqo & Dru Hill play Paris Night­club on Satur­day night.
