Dry your tears, Audreys fans – the much-loved Adelaide folk, blues and roots duo are rolling into Coolangatta tonight.

Taasha Coates and Tristan Goodall formed The Audreys in 2004 and made a huge impact with their 2006 debut album Between Last Night And Us, which featured the popular singles Oh Honey and You & Steve McQueen and went on to win the ARIA award for Best Blues and Roots Album.

Their second and third albums, When the Flood Comes (2008) and Sometimes The Stars (2010), also picked up ARIA awards in the same category.

Last year The Audreys released their latest album ’Til My Tears Roll Away to widespread critical acclaim and four-star reviews, with Rolling Stone hailing it as “an album of impressive depth and diversity”.

Nominated for yet another ARIA award, ’Til My Tears Roll
