Mur­willum­bah Theatre Co’s last show for the year, Roald Dahl’s The BFG, (Big Friendly Gi­ant) opens Satur­day night and plays un­til Novem­ber 1. The BFG is one of Roald Dahl’s most mem­o­rable books, adapted for the stage by lead­ing drama­tist David Wood. It tells the story of the BFG and lit­tle or­phan So­phie, who band to­gether to save the chil­dren of Eng­land from child-eat­ing giants.
