9PM, TEN MA. 2014. Nick (Ben Af­fleck) ar­rives home to dis­cover that his wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) has dis­ap­peared. Oddly, Nick doesn’t seem all that flus­tered. Nev­er­the­less, he calls the cops. His mea­sured re­sponses and a diary Amy had been keep­ing form the nar­ra­tive for the film.


8.30PM, 7FLIX MA. 2010. A film that looks at the tri­als of a longdis­tance re­la­tion­ship be­tween two young lovers, played by Drew Bar­ry­more and Justin Long. Also stars Christina Ap­ple­gate. Tries a lit­tle hard to be the next 500 Days of Sum­mer. 8.30PM, SBS PG. 2008. The Black Power salute at the 1986 Olympic Games was an iconic mo­ment within the US Civil Rights move­ment. This film looks at the role white Aus­tralian run­ner Peter Nor­man played within the mo­ment and how these ath­letes paid for what they be­lieved in.
