Toby is a di­vorced fa­ther who’s try­ing to make a bet­ter life for his son. His brother Tan­ner is an ex-con­vict with a short tem­per and a loose trig­ger fin­ger. To­gether, they plan a se­ries of heists against the bank that’s about to fore­close on their fam­ily ranch. Stand­ing in their way is Marcus, a Texas ranger who’s only weeks away from re­tire­ment. As the sib­lings plot their fi­nal rob­bery, they must also pre­pare for a show­down with a crafty law­man who’s not ready to ride off into the sun­set.

Cru­soe and the an­i­mals soon dis­cover the true power of friend­ship up against all odds.

It’s Hal­loween 1997 — the last night of high school for Corey, Jango and their skater gang, The Gromits. Child­hood is over and adult life beck­ons. But for Corey, his past has some un­fin­ished busi­ness. When he en­coun­ters Jonah, a for­mer child­hood friend but now vic­timised by Jango’s cruel streak, Corey takes pity on him and agrees to walk him home for old time’s sake. What starts off as a nor­mal de­scends into some­thing darker and mag­i­cal as they tell each other ghost sto­ries, draw­ing upon their fears of the world around them.
