PEPPA TROTS INTO BRISSIE
Peppa Pig is heading to brisbane this week and it’s well worth the trot up the highway to catch her latest show.
Peppa Pig Playdate will transform the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre into a toddlers’ paradise, where everyone’s favourite talking pig since Babe will entertain and interact with junior fans.
Children can immerse themselves in Peppa Pig’s world in interactive zones over 2200sq m with no set time limits.
It’s a world first for the Peppa Pig brand, with the sets built and handpainted in Melbourne for the show’s premiere on January 4 before it tours nationally, then heads to Asia.
Children sit on a picnic rug to watch an hourly musical show starring Peppa and George live on stage.
There are also bouncy muddy puddles to jump on, ukuleles and maracas to play in Danny Dog’s music room and a mini train to ride.
“We are very excited to bring this new supersized Peppa Pig world to life for her fans around Australia,” says producer Anton Berezin of Life Like Touring.
“This experience is going to be huge! Guests will visit Peppa’s house, sail on the pond, jump in bouncy muddy puddles and even have a playdate with Peppa, all within this fun world.”
Kids can also visit the library, museum, fire station and maze. Peppa Pig Playdate, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, January 14 to 18, tickets on sale at lifeliketouring.com.au and ticketek.com.au
Mia, 5, and Grace, 3, are tickled pink to meet Peppa Pig.
