The Gold Coast Bulletin - Play Magazine - - PLAY - KATE PETERS

This column comes to you from Vancouver, a city brimming with culture – from the many theatres with world-class opera, ballet and theatre productions, to many local community offerings. There’s also a fabulous midcity green area in Stanley Park. What a huge advantage to the Gold Coast would it be to have a “city lungs” park like this one! Maybe the Spit could be transformed into an oasis. There’s news from back home, where the Gold Coast Area Theatre Awards will welcome a new MC for this year’s presentation night – popular song and dance man Rob Mills. Currently touring the country with Puttin’ on the Ritz, Rob will headline the sparkling night on December 12.
