The Weekend Roast at Paradox Coffee Roasters is back in time for Mother’s Day. Designed to be shared among family and friends, it features coffeecrus­ted roast beef with all of the trimmings, including roast vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. It starts May 14 and will then be offered every Saturday and Sunday throughout autumn and winter for $25 per person with a minimum of two people dining.
