SOME 500 million people can’t be wrong. That’s how big the global television audience will be for the Sudirman Cup, the world mxed team badminton championship, being held at Carrara this week. About 1500 competitors from 30 countries will be competing for the titles and to get things started a welcoming cocktail party was held at The Star. At the highest level the action is fast and furious and if you want to support the Aussies, their first game is this afternoon. It’s gonna be huuuuge.
