Childcare paying out

GOLD Coast childcare operator G8 Education will pay a 6¢ fully franked dividend for the June quarter.

The Varsity Lakes-based company is forecasting underlying EBITA in the mid-tohigh $170 million range this year and is aiming to reach $1 billion in revenue in three years.

The June quarter dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 7.

Shares closed up 6¢, or 1.64 per cent, at $3.71.
