Re Commonwealth Games ballot. I only applied for two tickets to swimming $160 which I didn’t get. A friend applied for many tickets to many events. He received all of them, worth over $2000. Get your facts right. Aged Kiwi pensioners do not bludge on Australian taxpayers, the pension amount is based on which country you paid tax. I paid tax for 30 years NZ and 25 here in Australia so I get my pension from both countries based on tax paid in each country.
