MARK HENRY
MARK Henry has more than 25 years’ experience in managing sales, marketing operations and resort development for new and existing projects within the leisure and holiday ownership industry.
Mr Henry was recruited by Ultiqa Group to head the sales and marketing divisions, in which he improved sales to $30 million a year, before being called in to head up the group’s expansion in Australia. As CEO of Ultiqa Property Group, Mr Henry oversees the design, development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan for the Asia Pacific region and is also a director of subsidiary Ultiqa Management Services. He has been directly involved in the management and development of resorts in Australia and Fiji, serving on bodies corporate, overseeing the building of new phases, refurbishment and financial budgets.
