RIC Rizzi, a Perth fellow who is putting the finishing touches to a giant mansion on the Sovereign Islands, has achieved a ‘feet’ for the ladies.

Ric obviously believes that anyone who buys his Villa Vittoria, a potential $20 million plus property, down the track will be well-heeled.
