Why isn’t something done about all the smokers who persist in sitting on the wall in front of the disabled carparks near the doctor’s clinic at Ashmore Plaza? These carparks are there to accommodate those with disability, including many with lung illnesses, who shouldn't have 2 put up with the constant flow of cigarette smoke.
