Rogic’s Celtic costly draw

SOCCEROO Tom Rogic’s Celtic have stuttered in their bid to reach the Champions League group stages with a 0-0 draw against Norway’s Rosenborg in the first leg of their thirdround qualifier at Parkhead.

The Hoops played without a recognised forward because of injury and suspension, leaving midfielder Rogic as the furthest man forward in attack.

Celtic sorely missed a focal point up front in an encounter where the visiting keeper Andre Hansen had little to do.
