Guns stolen from shed
TEN firearms have been stolen from a northern New South Wales property.
Police were told a Crabbes Creek property shed had been broken into between 9am on July 22 and 10am on August 1.
Two shot guns, two air rifles, six rifles and registration documents were stolen.
Tweed Heads police are continuing investigations but have charged an 83-year-old man in relation to the safe storage of firearms.
He was issued a court attendance notice for not keeping firearm safely and is due to appear before Murwillumbah Local Court on September 26.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
