Paulini a no-show

-

SINGER Paulini was a noshow for her first court date since being charged with bribing a government official.

She is expected to enter a plea next month.

The former Australian Idol favourite and star of The Bodyguard musical was charged after she allegedly bribed an employee to give her a fake, unrestricted NSW driver’s licence.

But little did she realise the woman who she got the licence from was being investigated by the NSW Police gang squad because she had given licences to outlaw bikie members.

Yesterday the 34-year-old – whose full name is Paulini Curuenavuli – did not appear at Mount Druitt Local Court but her lawyer, Michael Korn, said that his client was expected to enter a plea on Monday, September 4.
