Being on the Queen’s Birthday Honours List is certainly a great reason to celebrate with friends

AS introductions go they don’t come much better than this. “Professor Ian O’Connor is a decent human being, humble and blessed with a brilliant strategic mind.” The occasion was a reception at Griffith University to acknowledge the recent Queen’s Birthday honours awarding of an AC to the Vice Chancellor. Friends and supporters were invited to the soiree with formalities kept to a minimum and genuine companionship at a maximum.
