Harris will need new neighbours
NEIGHBOURS of Rolf Harris are moving out en masse as the shamed sex offender settles back into his multimillion-dollar mansion in England.
The Australian-born former entertainer, 87, was released from prison in May after serving three years for a string of historic sex crimes.
Now, four houses near Harris’ plush private estate near Maidenhead, Berks, have been put on the market, the Star on Sunday reported.
A local source told the paper about one of the families moving away: “The owners are in their 40s and have a family, so there’s no surprise in the community that they have decided to sell up and move.”
The neighbourhood exodus comes a month after it was revealed Harris is plotting a return to television.
