Ricciardo has confidence

AUSTRALIA’S Daniel Ricciardo will head to the Singapore grand prix full of confidence after coming from 16th on the grid to finish fourth in Italy, where Lewis Hamilton claimed victory.

“I think we’ll lap the field in Singapore, so looking forward to that,” said Ricciardo, who qualified third in Monza but conceded an enginerelated grid penalty.

Despite falling short of a podium finish, the 28-year-old continues to get the best out of his slower Red Bull thanks to precise overtaking.
