The Coast needs to think big, says me­dia man Steve Hunt

STEVE Hunt has lived on the Gold Coast for the past 30 years and is a former se­nior jour­nal­ist for the Gold Coast Bul­letin. He es­tab­lished the me­dia, brand­ing and con­tent cre­ation com­pany Me­dia Hunt in 2005. The com­pany con­sults to lead­ing prop­erty and busi­ness play­ers, in­clud­ing pub­licly listed top 300 ASX-listed com­pa­nies and ma­jor pri­vate com­pa­nies. Steve lives with his wife Estelle and fam­ily at Burleigh Heads and is a keen com­pet­i­tive cy­clist and mem­ber of the Mur­willum­bah Cy­cling Club. He is a Board Di­rec­tor of Hill­crest Chris­tian Col­lege and a Di­rec­tor of Light­house Ser­vices, a drug and al­co­hol re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion fa­cil­ity lo­cated at Palm Beach.
