Hoping for a huge pay Day

PERENNIAL FedEx Cup contender Jason Day hopes he can finally bag golf’s richest payday after being beaten on the buzzer at previous Tour Championships.

While an outsider this year in 15th spot, Australian world No.6 Day has come into the past two Tour Championship finales ranked inside the top-five seeds only to be denied the $US10 million FedEx Cup bonus.

“I’ve been close two or three times and it’d be nice to be able to steal one off someone (else),” Day said.
