In regard to struggling tourism may I suggest the GC needs different attractions. We have just been to Singapore for the F1 Marina Bay Gardens. The Cloud Dome & Flower Dome are beautiful. Our beaches, Hinterland and theme parks are good but not enough.

What a disgrace that the airlines have hiked up prices from Townsville to Sydney for the Grand Final. Shameful.

Really surprised at the price gouging of Cowboys fans by the airlines, not! Worse than the fuel industry, but why didn’t the Cowboys have charter aircraft and even luxury buses on standby? A full plane to Sydney return would mean seats under $200. Barry C

Why have drones to monitor only the Broadwater? A flyover of the Jacobs Well Channel will prove there are many squatters living permanently in the channel. On anchor, these “vessels” pose a threat of collision at night and effluent etc is dumped continuously. Calls to the EPA and GCWA achieve absolutely nothing

From 2/1/2015 motorcycle riders were permitted to enter bicycle storage areas (the areas of road close to an intersection with traffic lights that allows cyclists to wait in front of vehicles stopped at the intersection, and usually painted green with white bicycle symbols).
