This ramen restaurant has earned rave reviews since it opened earlier this year, attracting fanatics from all over the Coast. A ramen lover himself, owner Andrew HosakaZaniewski brought the Japanese franchise over to Australia after he couldn’t quite find the perfect mix. Andrew says the trick to ramen is to eat it while it’s hot and eat it fast – and that’s why it’s considered Japan’s version of fast food.
