Tasca’s motto is “wine and food made to share”, but you might not want to share their silky pumpkin gnocchi with basil pesto, pepper radicchio, goat’s cheese and peppered with a sprinkling of pepitas. Owner Carlee Bufalino says “Our chef Nick chose pumpkin for our gnocchi because it’s a beautiful colour and adds sweetness to the dish.”
