road Dreamworld Parkway was backed-up due to M1 congestion.

“If they go left (from the office car park) they are stuck and if they go right they are stuck,” Lang Realty office manager Alison Pommier said of staff trying to get on to feeder road Dreamworld Parkway.

“Last week we had one member of staff just get on the M1 at Coomera when there was a crash at Yatala,” she said. “He was stuck for hours.” On a light traffic day this week the office had lost 30 minutes in staff work time due to congestion making workers late.

“They desperately need another road that’s the only way Symposium.

The State Government has set aside land for the Intra Regional Transport Corridor but that does not give the real estate agency must comfort.

“How bad is it going to be before they have actually built that?,” Ms Pommier said.

Businesses at the Coomera Marina, where multi-million boats are serviced and built, are also feeling the cost of the M1.

The Boat Works spokeswoman Charmaine Webb said from about 2.30pm each day traffic in the area was impossible.

“It’s a nightmare for all workers,” she said.

Ms Webb said clients who borrowed the courtesy car to do errands were often stuck for hours longer than expected trying to navigate traffic.
