If not, she risks falling foul of the same criticisms she levelled at LNP leader Tim Nicholls. She slammed him for not going into the regions in the opening days of the campaign, yet she ignores the state’s largest regional centre – and Queensland’s second biggest city. Ms Palaszczuk must explain how she will fix the M1 and how she will generate more employment, especially since the decision to dump the proposed integrated resort sacrificed 13,000 jobs.
