JEFF IN A GREAT STATE OF MIND

ONE thing about Jeff Kennett, he is never dull (we vividly remember Jeff playfully shovelling sand on to the media when he was up here turning the first sod on a new project).

Maybe it is breathing our clean air or just being rid of the stuffy lifestyle of Victoria but something happens to the former premier of Victoria when he lands.

At the Going For Gold symposium he cheekily suggested that the Gold Coast should be rebranded as the “new Victoria”. Hmmm … when you consider there are no lights to turn off when the last person leaves, it might just work.
