TELETHON NETS RECORD $12.2M

THIS year’s Channel Nine Telethon raised a new record of more than $12.2 million for the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Bubbly TV personality Charli Robinson, who hosted the Coffee Club Telethon Gala Ball, right next to the Telethon call centre, praised the generosity of everyone involved.

There were also many Channel Nine stars backstage including Sylvia Jeffreys, Sonia Kruger, Pete Stefanovic, David Campbell, Richard Wilkins, Melissa Downes and Andrew Lofthouse.
