Earlier this year Blackboard owner Marc Kinvig and the crew went back to the drawing (black) board, unveiling a new menu along with their new premesis. Marc says their brekkie burger is a cut above the rest, with double-smoked Byron Bay bacon, a runny free-range egg, avocado and homemade ksundi (Indian tomato relish) served between a squishy milk bun.
