Hotel site bought out
MELBOURNE developer Nicolas Corcoris appears to have bought out fellow investors in a potential hotel site abutting the Gold Coast Turf Club’s Bundall track.
The 1.2ha triangular-shaped parcel, overlooking the front straight, has been moved from Stranti Investments, which paid $1.85 million for it in 2002, into trustee company NC and MJC Super at $3.2 million.
The land last year was mooted for a hotel and apartments under a heads of agreement with the turf club that took in some adjoining club land.
