FISHING

-

Offshore: Fishermen will have trouble going out until at least Thursday or Friday due to strong winds but when it calms down there will be plenty of fish. Spanish mackerel, marlin, dolphin fish and wahoo around the reef east of The Seaway.

Seaway: Plenty to be caught around high tide in the morning. Good fishing for jewies around the pipeline. Trevally and bream around the rock walls of Wave Break Island.

Broadwater: You can catch sand crab with bloodworms or beachworms. There are some whiting around.

Jumpinpin: There are jewies and a school of tailor around. And flathead in the deep.

Fresh water: When the wind dies down at Hinze Dam there will be some bass and saratoga on the edges near the timber.
