Dr Teresa Towpik, GP: “My cannabis story began at the beginning of 2016 when I heard it was going to be legalised for medicinal use.
“That was rather surprising for me because I had no idea there was stuff known as medicinal cannabis. Until then I held a very biased and limited view that it was simply pot – a drug of addiction, gateway drug and definitely to be avoided. “I became curious and started reading and researching. Very quickly my attitude changed from sceptic and opponent to supporter and cannabis activist.”
