At $59 per couple, sharing is caring at Salt Meats Cheese’s three-course Italian Valentine’s Day dinner. Enjoy a glass of prosecco each on arrival and then share three courses, including an antipasto board of salumi, cheese, olives and focaccia, your choice of pasta or pizza, plus dessert. Among the options is pappardell­e all’agnello (pappardell­e with slow-cooked lamb shoulder ragout with thyme and parmesan), taglioni al granchio (taglioni with blue swimmer crab, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, parsley, chilli and white wine), prosciutto pizza with rocket and shaved parmesan and affumicata pizza with smoked scamorza, pancetta, friarielli, chilli and garlic.

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort has Valentine’s Day offerings in both Oyster Bar and Terraces Restaurant. Share a seafood platter in the more intimate Oyster Bar for $80 per person, loaded with oysters, prawns, crab, salmon, Moreton Bay bugs and bread, and dessert and tea or coffee to finish. Or, for $95 per person, indulge in the seafood buffet at Terraces Restaurant, including a gift for each table.
